A globally recognised medical imaging provider launched a multi-year Radiologist Experience Program to tackle workflow inefficiencies, improve user experience, and support organisational growth. The program aimed to deliver transformative improvements by optimising processes and enabling technology, with the goal of becoming the preferred provider for radiologists, referrers, and patients. Managing complex delivery across multiple workstreams required robust coordination, agile practices, and proactive risk management.

Tranzformd embedded experienced resources to support project coordination and senior management. We maintained schedules and reporting, improved data quality in JIRA, facilitated governance and resource planning, managed risks and issues with automated tools, and coordinated across teams and vendors. Our team also stepped in to lead workstreams when needed to keep delivery on track.

The program gained clear visibility and control over progress and risks. Enhanced task and risk management improved collaboration and efficiency. Through effective coordination and leadership, the program stayed aligned with scope, schedule, and quality goals — driving key improvements in the radiologist experience.
