National Healthcare Diagnostic Transformation

A leading national radiology provider began a major transformation program to modernise diagnostic imaging services across its network. The program aimed to introduce new digital capabilities such as AI-supported diagnostics, expanded remote reporting, and a virtual 3D imaging lab to improve clinical accuracy, access, and patient outcomes. Delivering this vision across a dispersed clinical and operational network required strong coordination, stakeholder alignment, and disciplined delivery.

Tranzformd was engaged to provide the core delivery team to lead the execution of this program. This included program leadership and a range of supporting delivery roles. Working closely with internal teams, we developed the delivery roadmap, established clear governance, and supported multiple workstreams. Our focus has been on aligning delivery with clinical goals, embedding structure and rhythm, and enabling collaboration across internal teams and technology partners.

While the program is still underway, strong delivery foundations have been established. Pilot initiatives are in motion, national delivery rhythms are in place, and early outcomes are showing positive signs. With momentum building and a clear path forward, the transformation is on track to deliver lasting impact.
