Leading IT Operating Model Transformation for a Major University​ ​

A major Australian university sought expert leadership to develop and implement a new IT Operating Model aligned with its evolving educational and research priorities. The challenge was to unify disparate IT teams, streamline governance, and ensure technology services effectively supported academic staff, students, and administrative functions across faculties.​
