Accelerating Cybersecurity & Enterprise Transformation​

A leading Australian university was undertaking a comprehensive cyber uplift program involving over 20 distinct initiatives to enhance its cybersecurity posture amid growing digital threats. At the same time, the university was managing significant enterprise transformation projects, including an Enterprise Services Management (ESM) program and a transition to a new CRM platform. These concurrent programs required skilled resources to manage complexity, ensure coordination, and align delivery with strategic goals.​

Tranzformd provided a dedicated team consisting of two cyber analysts to support the cybersecurity initiatives, a Senior Project Manager to lead the ESM program, and a combined Project Manager/Business Analyst to facilitate the CRM transition.
